Non Exclusive Hire

Party of 1-49 people £100 refundable holding deposit required
Party of 50 + (Maximum Numbers capped at 120) £200 refundable holding deposit
Weekend bookings require a guest list for priority entry, parties will be allocated reserved
seating which is available all night. A 7pm until 9pm Canapé & Champagne reception is
available on an exclusive basis on Saturdays
Please Note Cancellation of your booking within 72 hours of your event means a forfeit of
your deposit.

Exclusive Hire

Monday-Thursday   Morning Day Delegate Rate £9.95 per head based on 50+
                                Lunch Day Delegate Rate £9.95 per head based on 50+
                                Each Guest receives Juice, Tea & Coffee and Breakfast or Lunch
                                Early Evening 5pm-8pm guaranteed spend of £750
                                All Night guaranteed spend of £1,200 (seasonally variable)

                                
Friday                     Free Hire based on a guaranteed spend of £2,500 a £600 refundable holding deposit is
                                required, available from 9pm until 3am additional hours are available at a cost of £100 per hour
                                money required in advance.

Saturday                    Free Hire based on a guaranteed spend of £2,500 a £600 refundable holding deposit is required
                                 available from 7pm until 3am additional hours are available at a cost of £100 per hour money
                                 required in advance.

Sunday                      Free Hire based on a guaranteed spend of £1,500 a £300 refundable holding deposit is required.

Weekend events require a Guest List with a guaranteed entry time of 11pm,
In house DJ equipment is available to external DJs when booking exclusive hire should
they require, but does require a refundable bond of £200 which can be used from your
deposit, additional equipment i.e. CDJ’s, Advanced Mixers and Speakers can be hired
externally please liaise with our events team. Please Note due to various established
monthly events held at Red, some dates may be unavailable on an exclusive basis
please liaise with our events coordinator to check availability.
